Professor Kirstie Ball, CRISP Director at St Andrews, appeared on the Why Such a Fuss data protection podcast this week. 

Hosted by one woman Data Protection powerhouse Cristina Vanini Goodchild of CVG Solutions the podcast discusses Kirstie's electronic monitoring research, the rise of electronic monitoring in the workplace, its legitimacy, its legality and some of the data protection risks.

It also offers a chance to participate in Professor Ball's Data Protection and Work Monitoring research with a link to a live survey. The survey is aimed at Data Protection Professionals who use the ICO's new Data Protection and Work Monitoring guidance.
